trunk show!

The trunk show was so much fun! Unfortunately the day was a little dreary, so there weren't as many people walking around as there usually is, even with that I did really well! It was so fun to see people pick out cards for their loved ones. It makes me so happy to hear "My Mom would love this card!" The day just solidified how much I love making cards and doing crafts. What can I say, it just makes me happy! :)

I think I am going to start with one of my favorite birthday cards. I just got this stamp set from My Cute Stamps. I am in love! These stamps seriously are cute! I also used patterned paper! It's a miracle! I need to start using it more. I am not sure why I am scared of it. It's so pretty. It's never been mean to me. My fear is a mystery. ;)

I love all of these colors together. I am going to go through my aqua mist card stock way too quickly!

The candy is winking at me! :) I colored these in with copics. I always like to put a really light grey border around the images before I cut them out. I think it makes them stand out, and it makes my crappy cutting not as obvious :).

Oh, scallop border punch, how I love thee. Let me count the ways ...

Look at that pretty patterned paper! Not so scary :).

I just got the basic grey filing set, and I love it! It is nice to file down the sharp edges from cutting out the images. It was definitely worth it!
