Today I have a major treat for you. Seven cards from seven fabulous ladies that will showcase "Sew Lovely" in so many crazy cool ways! So, let's get to it! :)
First off we have a card from Ashley. How amazing is that border she made with our "swirly line"? Yes, that is the best name we could come up with! Hehe! :) The pearls on the dress form are perfection! Elegance abounds here!
Jessica rocked the collage style with this card! I love the way she wrapped fibers around our spools and the way she funked up our "you're sew lovely" sentiment by only stamping the "sew lovely" part. This card is pure fun!
Latisha shows us pretty and fun in one card! Don't you wish Molly Ringwald rocked this dress in "Pretty in Pink"? hehe! Our dress form is a perfect focal point and great for you Copic lovers! Using letter stickers is a wonderful way to personalize this card. The juxtaposition of the girly dress form and plaid is perfect!
Tiffany showcases the "Sew Lovely" sewing machine in such a fun and funky way! Her paper piecing is perfection! The "Sew Lovely" images are great for paper piecing. I love her use of our little flower button too. I cannot wait to find out how she did that with the nestabilities! This card is crazy fab!
Oh so pretty! Ahhh, it makes me sigh! Sarah Martina creates a perfectly pretty card using two of our border builders and our dress form. The swirly line returns! She also used the flower border builder to create borders and a fun and cute skirt! She also curved the "you're sew lovely" sentiment. Our stamps are great for curving. It gives a whole new look!
Lynnette showcases our spools and buttons in such a fun and bright way! Isn't Cosmo Cricket's Material Girl the perfect compliment to "Sew Lovely"? I just about flipped when I saw their line and how it would coordinate with our stamps! I love her fussy cutting of our images and she used my favorite sentiment! This card makes me smile!
Mariana made the cutest background paper with our flower button. I just love it. Her use of rounded corners is so fun and perfectly echos the dress form's "booty", for lack of a better term! That's right our dress form has curves! Haha! Her use of Copics here really gives the dress shape and movement. Perfection!
Make sure you click on each of the design team's names or pictures to go to their blogs and see the details of how they made their cards.
I hope you enjoyed these cards and sneak peeks of "Sew Lovely" images. I also hope that you were inspired today. I cannot wait to see what you might make with "Sew Lovely". I really feel like this set can be used to fit anyone's style! Distress it, make it shabby chic, clean and graphic, fun and cute, whatever your heart desires! I know I have had fun playing "fashion designer" with the dress form. I have made many a "Dear Lizzy" dress I wish I could own in person!
I so look forward to showing you the full set on the 10th! I also look forward to giving one of these sets away! That's right! Free stuff! Just leave me a comment telling me about your favorite dress you have ever worn by March 5th at 11:59pm PST, and we will randomly pick one winner!
Also, don't forget to check back in tomorrow for the next sneak peek! This next one is a cutie! :)

ReplyDeleteSew cute!! And all of the samples are absolutely wonderful! YAY!!
ReplyDeleteAwesome Kelly!! Can't wait to see the full set! The samples are amazing! I guess my fav dress would have to be a bold print dress that I wear with my purple tights and brown knee boots (i think that is what you call them.. ha). That is the only dress that I currently own and wear at the moment!
ReplyDeleteSuch wonderful cards! WOW! Can't wait to see the whole stamp set, they rocked it!
ReplyDeleteAll the design team cards look AMAZING!
ReplyDeleteThese are all fantastic! What a cute set!!
ReplyDeleteopps, I forgot my favorite dress....sadly I don't think it was my wedding dress. I think it was the first dance I went to my freshman year of H.S.
ReplyDeleteIt was a deep purple cocktail dress!
They look so pretty lined up like that!!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh -- those girls ROCKED the sneak peek!! My favorite dress? Definitely my rose pink and brown jersey knit shirt dress from Banana Republic. I bought this dress YEARS ago and I still love it with paired with brown knee high boots. Unfortunately, I can only wear it when I'm in TOP shape. This dress is seriously unforgiving! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the different range of styles the DT created! SOOOOOOOO cute!!
ReplyDeleteOh wow! These are all so fantastic. Just stunning. The DT has done a phenomenal job!
ReplyDeleteMy fave dress? Still to be found.
I can't believe my eyes! Seriously, I have been looking for sewing and dress form stamps for awhile, so I am SO excited about these! I can't wait to make my order! :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite dress was my prom dress, my Senior year of High School!
Wow! What a fabulous sneak peek! All of the samples are amazing! I can't wait to see the rest of this set!!! My favorite dress---my wedding dress! Totally made me feel like a princess!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry, missed the favorite dress part - mine would be my wedding dress I suppose. It was purple with a batik look - when we eloped on a Mexican beach. :-)
ReplyDeleteOh boy...this set is soooo fun!!! Love the sewing machine & the dressform!!
ReplyDeleteFav dress?! Hmmm not much of a dress girl...
Kelly, I'm so excited for you! Loved all the samples! Cannot wait to see what is in store for the rest of the week!
ReplyDeleteHmmm....I'm not a huge fan of dresses but I just got a purple dress that is pretty spectacular. ;) This weekend I'm going to a swanky hotel/ restaurant so I needed something to wear- I'll be posting pics on Facebook!
this is SEW adorable! I am often sending out "sew" cards and this would be perfect! Great giveaway. Pick me! lol!
ReplyDeleteWow! Your design team is incredible and these samples are fabulous! I have been wanting a sewing set and I love the dress form, the sewing machine, and the sew lovely font! Looking forward to seeing more! My favorite dress is my wedding dress!

I love the cards. Your team is fabulous! My favorite dress of course was my white Jessica McClintock wedding dress from 1999. Yep, back when I was size 3 (*sigh*).
ReplyDeletemy favorite dress was my senior banquet dress. it was pink and knee length. i designed it myself :)
ReplyDeleteI had a dress when I was in my mid-twenties that was black and floor length. It was cut to fit with just a bit of white around the neck for some contrast. It killed me when I tore it. It kills me now that I could never wear that dress now without a whole lot of surgery...sigh!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute set...I love the dress form here!
This may be a no brainer, but my WEDDING DRESS! After all my months of hard work and minute detail managing, the day went perfectly smoothly, and I felt so incredibly elegant & beautiful in my fabulous dress. This stamp set looks adorable...can't wait to see it in its glory along with all the others! :)
ReplyDeleteMy fave dress was a long slim black velvet that I wore for my grade nine graduation dance. I felt so grown up and beautiful. I actually kept it up until last year...and then let it go. It will always be my favourite....OOH it was my FIRST and ONLY little black dress! :)
ReplyDeleteOkay so my favorite dress I ever wore was... my Quincenara's dress(15th Birthday). I was size 3 and I didn't look thin ugly it was cute size 3.
ReplyDeleteAs soon as I saw Latisha's card I was like ok, this stamp set has to be MINE when it comes out! hehe!
ReplyDeleteMy fav dress, well, it has to be my Banana Republic Jackie Kennedy type dress, it fits just right and it made me feel so glamorous when I wore it! I looked so dang fine in it I got so many compliments lol :)
Hugs
Clouds :D
WOW!! ::picking jaw up off the floor:: What an amazing line-up of cards to debuet with your new stamp line. I love each and everyone one of them. My wedding dress is my favorite dress because I wore it on the day that I married my love. ♥
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness...this set is SO cute! My pocketbook is going to hate that I have found a new stamp company to love...but oh well! Tee hee!
ReplyDeleteI have two favorite dresses...one being my wedding dress. I felt like a princess in it, and I felt beautiful. The other dress I love I still wear....it is a grey sheath dress with a pink bow tied at the most flattering part of my mid-section. I look tiny in it, and everyone calls it my Audrey Hepburn dress.
Lea
Cute, cute, CUTE! And what a design team you have! Well, I don't wear dresses at all, so my favourite dress would have to have been my wedding dress this past August!
ReplyDeleteIt might sound cliche, but my most favorite dress I've ever worn was my wedding dress. Most likely because my mom MADE it from 1500 miles away, used my twin sister as a model, and I tried it on TWO days before my wedding! Oh yes, and such cute fun stamps too! Excited for your team.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite dress is a short sleeved purple one from Boden's last season, and I wore it to my cousin's wedding--but not since! I think I should break it out again sometime soon!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your new stamping endeavor! This set is sooo cute and your DT rocked the samples! My fave dress that I've worn was probably a little white dress I wore that had cool open straps in the back...boy was I thin back then, LOL!
ReplyDeleteFantastic Sneak peak and lovely idea. I like the sentiments and cute little dress.
ReplyDeleteI'd have to say my favourite dress ever worn was my wedding dress as well. It fit me to a T, no alterations needed. It was meant for me and I know this sounds absolutely ridiculous but I actually bought it before he popped the question. Which was a good thing when we needed to move up the wedding date due to an unexpected surprise ;) LOL
I'm so not original! It was my wedding dress! Very classic, simple lines & fit right off the rack! What are the odds?! :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on this set- looks like a very fun one!
My fav dress was one I wore when I was 10. It was a strawberry pattern & I wore it all th time. It was the first thing I changed into after school.
ReplyDeleteI love the peeks...sew cute! can't wait 2c more.
Sonda T
Oooh WOW!!! These are DIVINE.. What an original and FABULOUSLY FUN stamp set. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. My fave dress.. well I'm thinking that would have to be my wedding dress... shame I only get to wear it once... hahah..
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see the whole stamp set.

What a gorgeously girly, fun set!! Really love what the DT have done with this. My favourite dress I've ever worn would have to be my wedding dress I guess - absolute perfection!!
ReplyDeleteMy fav. dress was royal blue and my grandmother bought it for me at an expensive store to wear to her 50th anniversary party. Wish I still wore that small size! Congrats and I love the samples.
ReplyDeleteOh I just love sewing-themes :) Can't wait to see your new stamps in full. Well let's see I had a little beach dress that I loved it was red with big white flowers and was perfect for sunny days. Kim
ReplyDeleteThe $20 sun dress I wore when we eloped on the beach at sunset bearfoot. Just me, DH and my sons. The most perfect day ever!!
ReplyDeleteKelly Marie these are "sew lovely" ... love, love, love your new stamps!!!
ReplyDeleteWill you also ship international when selling your stamps? I really hope so!
great stamps and great DT samples!
ReplyDeletemy favorite dress was my wedding dress, which was a pale butter yellow with some beading on the front and (sigh) a size 4.
Wow, Kelly...these images really are adorable! I can't wait to see what else you have up your sleeve!
ReplyDeleteWOW! THose are perfect for the Material girl line! How cool is that! I love them! I am a fan of sewing images but I cant sew! LOL!I know I am a geek LOL!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite dress is hands-down my wedding dress! I love the fit, the color and the memories that were made when I wore it :-)
Love these stamps.
ReplyDeleteMy fav dresses have been sailor dresses and I can remember several of them. One in particular had a white with red and navy abstract dotted pattern. Of course, it had a sailor collar with navy trim and a navy tie. See a photo of it here: http://photos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs228.snc1/7535_1136763544946_1403093242_30392908_1752212_s.jpg
These images are so fun. I love the whimsy that they have.
ReplyDeleteIt's a good life!
Terri E.
soooo Soooo Soooo cute..... Love it, March 10th needs to hurry on up and get here.
ReplyDeleteFavorite dress? Hmm.... I haven't worn a "dress" in a long time, so the only memorable I have is my wedding dress. Cliche I know, but true it is. I had my dress picked out when I was 18. All I had to do is find the right man for to wear it for. Didn't know it was going to take 12 years, but hey, I am patient... :)
WOW! Amazing job ladies! And what a wonderful set!
ReplyDeleteHi what exciting news about Lawn Fawn. makes me think of BAMBI from my childhood.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite dress would have to be my bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding. Yes I said BRIDESMAID dress. It was years ago btw. it was PINK satin ,strapless, with a crossover bodice and the skirt had layers and layers of tulle and lace. it was "Gor-jus".My friend said she didn't want to be a beautiful bride with ugly dressed bridesmaids so we picked out that one . I felt amazing in it.
Deb
All the samples are "sew lovely". I'm not much of a dress person so besides my wedding dress I have to say my favorite dress was a plaid dress I had in 5th grade. No pants were allowed back then but this was my fav dress. It had a zipper up the front towards one side.
ReplyDeleteSew lovely! :) All the samples are great and the set looks very fun! Hmm, my favorite dress is probably my little black dress. :)
ReplyDeleteOMGOSH..love this set so far...
ReplyDeleteMy fav dress...my wedding dress was awesome!!
wow what fabulous cards I am loving the stamps!!! I have to say my wedding dress it was just so me!!!
ReplyDeleteI would have to say my wedding dress! Ah, it was so much fun and I felt like a princess! :)
ReplyDeleteSuch an ADORABLE set, love all the cards! Thanks for the inspiration!
my fave dress I hv is a long floor length red velvet gown.. hardly have occasions to wear it, but it still fits and I feel so cute and sexy when I wear it.. it's my fave! hugs, bonnierose in fargo
ReplyDeleteI actually have two dresses that are favs: my prom dress and my wedding dress. :) Love the samples...favorite so far is the dress form, the possibilitites for that is endless. Congrats to you and I look forward to owning your stamps.

ReplyDeleteMy fave dress has to be my wedding dress! It's a girls dream and fairy tale!!

ReplyDeletemy favorite dress was a black wrap dress I had when I was pregnant with my first child. It made me feel beautiful & sexy!
Wow, I love this sneak peek. And your designers rocked this stamp set. A great way to start your very first release!!
ReplyDeleteI don't wear dresses, so my favorite has to be my wedding dress, I did truly love it and never wanted to take it off.
My favorite dress was a dress I wore to a Prom. I was asked the Senior Prom my junior year and it was a huge deal to me. It was black with beautiful beads and it was the first time I really felt grown up. It's the one dress I never got rid of.
ReplyDeleteLove the set so far, it's adorable!
Wow! I love every one of those cards ... each is so unique & beautiful in its own way. My fave dress has to be my wedding dress. My mom is a professional seamstress. She designed & made it for me without a pattern. I told her what parts of different dresses I liked and she put them together to make the perfect dress for me. Truly a one of a kind, and I felt like a princess in it. No other dress will ever come close.
ReplyDeleteI love your stamps...so girlie! My favorite dress was my second wedding dress....it was simple and beautiful. My first wedding gown was picked more for the price than design...so my second is my favorite! Can't wait to see what you'll design next!
ReplyDeletethe dress form is so cuuuute & THAT sewing machine, i can think of so many projects & cards. i am so happy for & excited about this venture of yours, beautiful images, can't wait! my favorite dress was my wedding dress, an informal dress but one that my mother picked out & means the world to me.
ReplyDeletewell these are VERY pretty! luv them all...for me...favorite dress was my wedding dress...truly was magical...never have felt like a princess before that dress..I so pray my daughter wears it one day...it is BEAUTIFUL!!!! ty for asking...Hated to get undressed that nite...well...sorta! ReplyDeletewow love the cards, love the stamp sets... my fav dress? I love so many of them its hard to choose from, but most of all I love a cream color silk dress.
ReplyDeleteWow, that dress form image is so darn cute!! Lovely examples by your DT, Kelly :) My favorite dress has to be the one I wore on my BFF's wedding - a bright, blackberry color satin dress! Now please bring on that warm summer's days to wear it ;-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute set...cant wait to see more...
ReplyDeleteI *love* this sweet, swirly, feminine stamp set! It really fills a niche (or I don't know what's out there -- ha, ha). Thanks for saving my mouse finger and putting your design team members' cards right in your own post. :-) (I'm really glad you are having the stamps made in the U.S. -- I wish more patterned paper was made here.)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite dress is currently wadded up in the back seat of my car waiting to go to the cleaners! Ha. FABULOUS samples!
ReplyDeleteAdorable set Kelly! My favorite dress would have to be my pink party dress from when I was 6. My parents bought it in Mexico and it was full of lace and tulle and shiny sequins. I still have it.
ReplyDeleteGORGEOUS cards - wow your DT is so talented.
ReplyDeleteFave dress... boring, but my wedding dress. I hate dresses and was so worried about the day, but LOVED wearing my dress and felt like a princess. :)
Congrats on your launch!!!
My favorite dress was a plaid sailor dress I had when in about first grade. My mother didn't iron it one morning so I refused to get dressed and go to school. My aunt had a dress form and I always thought it was so interesting. Now I can have one of my own!
ReplyDeleteThese look so cute & useful! My fav dress is what I called my butterfly dress. The fabric had printed butterflies and I made it Kimono style. Mimsymarie
ReplyDelete"SEW" Pretty! :)
ReplyDeleteSo glad I found you through Ashley's blog!! I cannot wait to see the rest of the set and the other releases. Congrats on your new business.
ReplyDeleteSince I am not girly at all, and hardly ever wear dresses, my favorite one would have to be my wedding dress. It was very simple and clean, but made me feel so beautiful. It was first and only dress I tried on.
Thanks for the chance to win.
Alicia
I'm not sure if my wedding dress should count. But that was my favorite dress!!!! Normally, I'm not a dress girl. I love comfort.
ReplyDeleteHowever, the dress form, it's da bomb!!!

ReplyDeleteI had this easter dress when I was little that was this gorgeous baby blue taffeta, with an organdy overlay with teeny multicolored flowers sewed on it.
Ohh it was so beautiful - I miss it.
I have to say my favorite was my wedding dress. I felt so princess like in that dress. Still love it even 10 years later.
ReplyDeleteLove the stamps I have seen so far. Congratulations on your new endeavor. Can't wait to see what is next.
These are gorgeous cards! Love them!! My favourite dress would have to be my wedding dress. I am not really a dress kind of girl but I loved it!!
ReplyDeleteLove the stamps and the card samples. As for my favorite dress, I would have to say my wedding dress. Satin, lace and a cathedral train!
ReplyDeleteNo kidding... I was looking for a dress form image/stamp the other day. I struck out... but, "Sew Lovely" will be available soon.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite dress would have to be my wedding dress. It was an elegant 'clean & simple' style. My favorite part was that my mom & I added pearl buttons down the back.
This sneak peek was awesome & I can't wait to see what else you have in store!
What beautiful cards! I would have to say my favorite dress is one that I wore for a 20's themed party. It was black with thin straps almost like a flapper dress but more up to date with thicker pieces of fabric! Thanks for the great post!
ReplyDeleteME ME ME!!! Pick me! :)
ReplyDeleteI love all the samples- great stuff!!
Love the cards. The DT did a great job showcasing the stamps. Can't wait to see the rest...
ReplyDeleteFave dress...TBD. One day...simple, sophisticated, elegant. Not TOO much to ask for, do you think??!!
I love love love these stamps;) Great stuff!!
ReplyDeleteMy fav fav fav dress is from college (I still have it and wear it occasionally)....it cost $1!!! It is a simple brown sleeveless a-line dress. It can be casual with sandals or elegant with accessories....love it.
My other fav dress is my wedding dress. It was perfect:)
Thanks for the giveaway!
These cards are sew perfect!! Very awesome indeed. My favorite dress would have to be my first easter outfit at age 5, complete with black patent leather shoes, a frilly bonnet and purse to match. I also had one of those layered slips that made my dress poof out when I swirled. I remember how special I felt walking to church that morning in all my frills.
ReplyDeleteSoooooo whimsical and fun...I'm a seamstress at heart and these stamps combine my love of sewing and stamping....I can't wait to get my hands on these beauties.
ReplyDeleteWow! I am blown away. Incredible beautiful work! Lawn Fawn: you rock!
ReplyDeleteYour DT did a great job. Beautiful cards! My favorite dress.. a dark pink with black around the color..I call it a Barbie Doll dress..straight with short sleeves.
ReplyDeleteAll the best to you! With those sweet images and the best design team out there, you are going to be big hit!!! I was an overweight kid and young adult. The year before I got married, I dieted down to my goal weight. Even though I had nowhere to wear it, I bought a skin tight black evening dress because I could not believe that it fit me and looked great.
ReplyDeletei just love all the eye candy on your blog today!
ReplyDeletemy fave dress has to be my wedding dress :)
super cute set!!
ReplyDeleteMy fave dress - ya, i'll go with wedding dress. I saw it in a magazine and HAD to find it. When I did, it was perfect. Halter style white satin, with white & pale blue embroidery/beads... slight train... oh lurve. See? awesomeness...
My fav. dress was my wedding dress...yes that is the day magic happened and I hope one day it will become a blessing dress for a futre baby girl!!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE this set! I think I may be in trouble come March 10th! :-) My favorite dress of all time is the dress I took my Kindergarten picture in, it had pink and green flowers and was a super girly girl dress - LOVED IT!

ReplyDeletei seriously love your posting way, very charming,
ReplyDeletedon't quit and also keep penning for the reason that it simply just good worth to read it,
excited to look over additional of your content pieces, good bye!
the best dress I have ever worn is a dress my mother made me when I was 10. It was pink with multicolored polka dots and it had this HUGE skirt on it. The circumference was so big, and I remember I loved to twirl in it. I wore it only once, and then had a growth spurt the month after and couldn't wear it again, and it made me sad.
ReplyDeleteCute Set! Hope I win! =D
Love the dress form! What a great set! A sewing one! And so cute!
ReplyDeleteA great sneak, can't wait to see the full reveal.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite dress is soo old, I wore to my friends wedding over 20 years ago but it still hangs in my closet. It was a summer print with a wide fabric covered belt and it really showed off my shoulders. Love it to this day, I would never were it but can't part with it.
I think it was my red/gold gown I was wearing on my concerts. Long skirt in tafta and a close to the body top embroided with golden threads. I'm not sure I'll still fit in. But then, I don't give concerts right now... ;-) Cute stamps!
ReplyDeleteGreat stamps - can't wait to buy! My favorite dress was a sweater dress from the 80's when I was oh, so petite!
ReplyDeletemy favorite dress was my wedding dress that my mom made for me! she also made the bride's maids and her own as well! i will always love it!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite dress I've ever worn has to be my wedding dress!
ReplyDeleteLovin' these stamps : )
Gorgeous cards! One of my fav dresses is a black dress that I got for a fabulous price!
ReplyDeleteI love what I see and can't wait to get my hands on my very own set!
ReplyDeletebeautiful, my favorite dress of all time is a dress taht my grandma made me, I called my little bo peep dress, it was white and had yellow flowers and was oh so fancy! lol I must have been 6 or 7
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I love the samples created and a BIG congrats on your new adventure!! I've never been a fan of dresses (on me) so I guess if I had to pick a favorite it would be my wedding dress (which was not white - it was pink!)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards! And it looks like such a fun stamp set!! I'm so lovin' the fun dress form & thread spools!! Too cute!
ReplyDeleteMy fav dress?? Can I say my wedding dress?! :>
The stamp images and the cards are just adorable. LOVE the pearls on the first one. I remember a turquoise dress with black accents that I had when I was about in 5th grade - I just loved it.
ReplyDeleteLove this set so far, can't wait to see the rest of it. The DT did a great job of showcasing it! My favorite dress was a cute black curvy thing, that made me feel fabulous when I wore it. Loved that Dress!!
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely samples! I can hardly wait to see more! I'm not sure I have a favorite dress-I'm more of a blue jean kind of girl, but I did feel like a princess in my wedding dress!
ReplyDeleteHmm...favourite dress? I have quite a few, since I love dresses!!! My grad dress was custom made from red velvet! And I love the "Breakfast at Tiffany's"-ish dress which I wore to my brother's wedding.
ReplyDeleteI wish you a big success with your stamps! Love your designs and many different cards shows how versatile this set is. Just great!Oh, my favourites: I loved light blue winter coat with stitched bear very much (it was in highschool :-))
ReplyDeleteWhat fun cards - the set looks fabulous!! My favorite dress would be my new knit dress that has a jeweled bib type thing on the front. Hard to explain, but it's really cool. I bought it on sale - love buying fancy dresses are sale :)
ReplyDeleteThis is so exciting! Loving your stamps. :) Favorite dress? Hmmmm....probably my wedding dress! I don't wear dresses often, but my wedding dress was just GORGEOUS...a wonderful reflection of my style and preferences! :)

ReplyDeleteAnythng sewing I *heart*!!!! Loving these sneak peeks!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite dress was a cute pink cocktail dress I wore out in NYC for my husband & I's anniversary. Great dress and great memories (seeing Hugh Jackman on stage might have something to do with that...lol!). :)
my fave dress i ever wore was a little black dress with cute beading detail. it wasn't so much the dress itself that made it my fave...it was that it was truly a "little" black dress for me. it was the first formal thing i'd purchased and worn after i lost 6 dress sizes on weight watchers a few years ago. it was a freakin size 4 and it was amazing. i'd never remembered in my life wearing a size 4 and it felt wonderful. (of course, 2 kids and 10 years later i can no longer wear that dress...it just mocks me from my closet...oh, yes, i WILL wear you again one day!!!) i'm so excited for you kelly & your DT!!!
ReplyDeleteI had this incredible ankle length red strapless tube dress that I wore to a club and spent the evening drinking wine with David Duchovny. The next time I wore it to a very special dinner, my husband proposed. It's a very lucky, special dress.
ReplyDeleteLove this set of stamps - so pretty and useable.
WOW!!! Great job ladies. Theses cards or so beautiful. My favorite dress was from a prom.
ReplyDeleteOops, I got too excited about the stamps and commented on them (I couldn't help it!) and didn't write about my favorite dress! My favorite dress I ever wore was my white wedding down. It was elegant and lovely without being fussy. Sometimes I pull it out of its bag and try it on again. I wish it were appropriate to wear your wedding gown out to a nice dinner! I've never dye it just so I could re-ware it, but I guess that's a thought.
ReplyDeleteWow, these stamps are amazing!!!! My fave dress was my wedding dress. Hands down, the best dress ever! :)
ReplyDeleteOoh, I just love that dress form stamp... the sentiments are so pretty too!
ReplyDeleteI would have to say that my favorite dress up to this point was my prom dress junior year. It was a royal blue poofy dress; I loved it!
im stoked for your sewing stamps, absolutely adorable!!
ReplyDeletemy fave dress, senior year college sorority semi-formal. just above the knee black lace with champagne behind. it was HOT;)

ReplyDeleteI can see now that I was supposed to comment on the favorite dress that I've ever worn. Well, of course my wedding dress, but that has become a bit cliche, so my second favorite was a cute little brown polka-dotted dress that I loved because the shape of it was just perfect...like it was made just for me.
ReplyDeleteMy Favorite suit i've ever wore was from my grandma. She got it for me for my first grade picture day and first picture day in New York. It was a black suit with a baby blue shirt and a dark navy tie. It was really special to me because i grew up in California so i never got to spend time with my grandma who lived in New York... and i must say i looked quit handsome in it haha :)
