Mariana has made the most wonderful card with Just My Type. Her colors are amazing! She used the telephone image from the set in such a fun way. I just love those hearts!

Tiffany's card is just SO cool! I love that acetate! I also love the way she distressed the paper coming out of the typewriter! Hot pink, black and kraft is such a fun color combo.

Ashley has made such an awesome card! I love her use of tapes and staples! It goes so well with our office theme. As you can see, there is another sentiment in the typewriter. That's because all of our sentiments can fit within the typewriter's paper!
Sarah Martina has wowed me with her ultimate in prettiness! Pretty in pink! :) She used the telephone and shabbied it up. She also stamped our "hello" sentiment on the ribbon wrapping around the edges of the card. I can't wait to try that!

Lynnette's card is so much fun! Her envelope is so cool. It reminds me of an office memo envelope. She decorated it with our tack and paperclip stamps. I love that you could create your own patterned paper with those smaller stamps!

Oh how I love the cool colors on Jessica's card! The top border she created with the paperclip stamp is so cool, especially paired with the actual paper clip! You can also see another one of our sentiments in the typewriter's paper. How fun is the way she popped up the paper?!

Latisha's card is so pretty and full of texture! I love the unique shape of her card and all of the fabulous dry embossing! Her coloring is so wonderful and the pairing of that polka-dotted ribbon and the three buttons in the corner adds the perfect amount of whimsy!
Make sure you click on each of the design team's names or pictures to go to their blogs and see the details of how they made their cards. You will walk away inspired for sure!
I hope you have enjoyed this sneak peek of "Just My Type". I can't wait to show you the full set on the 5th! Until then, I think I need to give one of these away! Leave me a comment telling me if you have ever used a typewriter by May 2nd at 11:59pm PDT, and we will randomly pick one winner!
This weekend I will have at least one video showing you some of the sets and then we will start up with the sneaks again on Monday May 3rd at 12:01am EDT. I can't wait!

Sure, I've typed on one-but it was way back when! Still love the sound of it when the ladies in our office think that they need to use it instead of printing out a pre-done form in Word. I love the vintage typewriters here and would love to have one in my home, and it would look just like your stamp does! Fabulous images! Really love those tacks and paperclips!
What a cute set! I used a type writer a loonnnng time ago! I don't even think I knew how to use it, it just looked fun! :)
oh my goodness, such awesome cards and cute stamps! oh my, oh my! when I was growing up, a friend of the family actually gave us (me and my siblings) a very old old winter green colored typewriter just like the one you designed. we played with it up until the ink got used up! I remember it being so heavy! hehe, so yeah, good old memories of my childhood! I'm luving the sneak peaks!

These images and all of the DT samples are so stinkin' cute!!! And yes indeed I have used a typewriter. I took typing in high school and it was held in a classroom full of typewriters (and bottles of white-out...HA!) I can still here the teacher saying, "A S D F" and all of the typewriters going clickety clack clickety clack together along with her. Ah...the good old days!
What a cute little set. Perfect for little love notes!
Oh my! A future LF fan favorite in the making! Love it KM!!!
Yes, I have used a typewriter. I learned how to type in 7th grade summer school. LOOONG time ago :)

Absolutely, positively CA-UTE!!! :D
What a cute set! I love the typewriter. Gotta just love the new (social networking) with the old (good old fashioned typewriter). Your blog really does put a smile on my face.

Don't laugh too hard, but we still have a typewriter in our office- for printing the patient names on the color coded labels!! So yes! *giggle*
Omg, I cannot wait for your new stamps!
My dad used to fix and sell typewriters when I was in elementary and junior high school. I have fond memories. Of playing nearby while he was fixing them at his workbench. May have to use these stamps on his fathers day card! Jen :)
I posted the FIRST comment, but obviously can't read very well (or was just too excited!) - YES, I have used a typewriter when I was young (7th grade maybe)... my mom used one all the time before we got our very first computer!

These are just too cute! I love what the DT did with them.
These new stamps are sooo cute. And Yes I'm sorry to say I'm old enough that I've used a typewriter. I used a typewriter in school and in the office, back before every one had computers.
OH! These are adorable!!! I love the paper clip, and the typewriter, and the phone - so so cute!
CUTE stamps! Yeah, I have used a typewriter. I recruited my mom to type my papers in undergraduate school b/c I was so bad at it. When I started teaching, I had an electric typewriter. SO happy when the computers were used to type up tests, handouts, assignments, and quizzes so I could EASILY make corrections and changes!
I typed lots of term papers all through collage (darn those foot notes) and my first job was typing Warranty Deeds at a real estate office ... yeah, pretty much more typewriter memories than I care to admit. Thanks for the chance to win.
HA HA! What a cute set! Love it. I remember typing my school reports on the brown typewriter we owned. I had to use that back up button to correct my typos frequently! Thanks for the chance to win.
Very cute cards and each so different! Yes I am old enough to have used a typewriter and it was not electric either.
I sure have used a typewriter. The old type is what I learned to use in high school way back when!I felt very efficient. I love your stamps, especially the little florals.
typwriter-oh my, yes! stencil machine and mimeograph too--when I worked as a church secretary! my typewriter had died-I had to get the bulletin done. The repairman came out and took each and every piece off & apart-my desk was covered in parts! He fixed it, though! I loved that typewriter! Fast forward at least 20 years...I am a church secretary again---with the same brand of typewriter! Kids today would probably say "what's a typewriter?! Lol. Hope I win! I would wear this set plumb out!
Why yes I have used a typewriter. I learned keyboarding on it in Jr High. Takin me back (quite) a few years. :)
Loving the typewriter in this set. Also love how you can change up the message on the paper coming out of it. Very cool.
What a great sneak peek!!! Oh my... gotta have! Adorable! And yes, I have used a typewriter. Didn't even really work on a computer until I was in my late teens. Did most of my school papers on the electric typewriter at home.

Ahhhhhhhhhmazing!
Your stamps are so fab! I just love how versatile they are and the DT cards rock!! Yes, I have used a typewriter. My mom had one at home when I was younger and then we used them a little in school before everything went to all computers. Thanks for a chance to win this amazing set!!
OMG! Yes, I remember typing class in HS, blank keys so you couldn't watch your fingers! (And I remember rotary dial phones, too!)
SPECTACULAR new stamps and what a great line up of cards your design team created! BRAVO! :)

My mom used to own a typewriter, but an 80's style, not cool retro ones. I used to play on it as a kid.

nancy
The DT cards are amazing, if I do say so myself :)

I have used typewriter before. But not lately. Infact I have been impressed by my friend Chris who is using a typewriter for Journaling. So I might try to score one for myself as well.
when i was in HS i had a part time job in a doctor's office and i used their typewriter to make the mailing labels!
Typewriters? Why YES! I had a manual (super pecking power) as a kid, then got to SERIOUSLY learn on an electric in high school, before I advanced to "word processing" and felt the keyboard... awee... that was MUCH better!
Eek! I made a C in typing because I just wasn't interested in all those details. What a boring class! That aside, I LOOOOOVVEEE these stamps. Fun!
my parents used to have a typewriter and i would try to jam all the letters (if you press too many at the same time, they stick together). that was years ago though! what a fun memory!
Super cute set! I use a typewriter every day at work. just for a small portion of my job, but it's still in use in our gov. office.
Those sample cards are just all so fabulous! I'm loving the look of the new release!

my Olivetti typewriter. I received it when I graduated from H.S. and refuse to part with it even if I don't really use it anymore.

Love the new set - my favorite one so far.
Warmly,
Nicole
I did, I did! I admit it, I used a typewriter in high school! Not for long because I moved up to a word processor (it still looked like a typewriter!) soon, but I did have one!
My dad used to be a newspaper journalist when I was little, so I can remember messing aorund with his. My grandma still types us letters on her type-writer! :)
Super fun Kelly Marie! Congrats on the release of another awesome stamp set!
My little bro and I used to type notes excusing us from school, and then randomly walk in and fold it over and ask our parents to sign it! As if! They were sitting in the kitchen listening to do it all along, and we were like, 5 + 7. Wonder if those little notes would have worked? LOL!
Hugs,
RobbynW

Fabb-y cards too!
What an amazing team of artists! I learned to type in junior high years ago. I still have a vintage Underwood typewriter from my Grandmother aging in my closet. I really should put it on display in my office.

Too cute!! Looks like a lovely set! Awesome!!
The set is really cute. I learned to type on a manual in jr high, received a manual one for christmas during that time. In high school we upgraded to electric, but it was during the energy crisis of the '70's and we typed in the winter with our mittens on!

OMG this looks like such a fun stamp set. Can't wait to see the full set. Yes, I've typed on a typewriter....manual, electric, computer keyboard. Does that tell you how old I am?
