Torendi Trigger Tea

Helloooo! I had WAY too much fun making today's project. I used Torendi's "Color by Number" kit for this project. It is such a cool kit! I was inspired by Moxie Fab's Trigger Tuesday this week. Check it out:
Yes, I took it very literally and made a tea cup using Walzting Mouse's tea cup template!
This was an extra little thing I added to the tea cup. I decided I wanted a message to go with it, so I created a tea bag! I took the fabric included in the kit and sewed it into a tea bag shape. I threaded some twine through the bag and one of the Sassafras paper whimsies from the kit with some Cosmo Cricket tiny type stickers to spell my sentiment out.
Here's another view of the tea cup. The Jillibean Soup patterned papers included in the kit have great fronts and backs, so I let them show in the tea cup. I also distressed it some with vintage photo Distress Ink to give it some dimension. I can't wait to give this to my best friend for her birthday! The big dilema: how do I sent it without it being crushed?!
