AND today's post too! :)
Today we are showcasing "Heebie Jeebies". This is actually Lawn Fawn's first holiday related set, and we are so excited about it. We have many more holiday sets coming in the future! You guys guessed all guessed correctly with the Louis Armstrong song! "Heebie Jeebies" is a 4" x 3" set perfect for cards, treat bags and other fun Halloween items! Let's check out the DT samples! Remember to click on the person's name or card to see all of the details and leave these wonderful DT girls some comment love! :)
Latisha's card is so fun! I am just in love with these colors for Halloween! She used the spider, bat, and "boo!" sentiment included in the set. These little creepy crawly critters are perfect for coloring or paper piecing!
Mariana's card has the coolest texture, dry embossing, stitching, mesh, textured paper. I love it so much! Here she highlights the web from the set that I just think is so fun! Her little spiders are the perfect embellishment!
Tiffany's ensemble is so fun! Her use of tape is just so cool, and I love how her card and cupcake coordinate! The web is perfect for cupcake toppers, as it is easy to cut out or you could use a circle punch! Also, aren't polka dots the perfect fun Halloween touch?
Ashley's card is so fantastic! The rafia ribbon is the perfect Halloween touch! I just love the shades of purple and orange she used too! Scallops and checkerboard are so fun for Halloween, too! I love the way she layered the buttons, also! I can't wait to try that!
Lynnette's ensemble is so cute! I love how fun it is to make Halloween treat decor! Also, how fun are the purple and green bats? Love it! Lynnette also shows another cool what to use the web stamp: stamp it off the edge a little! It adds a whole new look!
Sarah Martina's card is a stunner! I just love how she incorporated her shabby style into a Halloween card! The stitching is just too fun! She paper pieced the bats which looks so cool, and then she stamped the web on acetate. How fun is that?! It looks great on a card and would look great on treat bags and cupcake toppers and anything else you could think of!
Make sure you click on each of the design team's names or pictures to go to their blogs and see the details of how they made their cards. You will walk away inspired for sure!
I hope you have enjoyed this sneak peek of "Heebie Jeebies". Tomorrow we will reveal the stamp sets and our winners! I just can't wait to show you the whole sets! But, for now, we need to give a set away! Leave me a comment telling me your favorite Halloween costume by August 11th at 10:00pm EDT, and we will randomly pick one winner!

Hi Kelly Marie & all the DT members!
ReplyDeleteI CAN'T WAIT for the new stamps! You're cards are sooooo inspiring!
I've been posting like crazy on Twitter so I hope you get a lot of comments!
Exciting stuff!
Megan Karas :)
My favourite traditional Halloween Costumes are witches, cats ghosts and pumpkins!
ReplyDeleteFabulous sneak peeks! I need to purchase some stamps....choosing my first LF set will be the hard part!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite costume of my own was a white chicken my mom made. It was so cute, I think I even wore it two different halloweens!
I love how the DT keeps their style in their samples but has fun with these cute, cute stamps! I can't wait for Halloween where there will probably be a lot of Toy Story costumes again this year...cute little Buzz Lightyears and Woodys! :)
ReplyDeleteOhhh my, even though it's HOT outside, I'm ready for some Halloween crafting! Fantastic samples from the DT!
ReplyDeleteI have a bat obsessed child and he keeps marveling at all these cool Halloween stamp sets, so he would LOVE me to buy this one. My favorite Halloween costume was when I was 8, dressed as a present- cardboard box w/a hole and the top and a big bow on my head.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Halloween costume was last year. I was a Lego Minifig & was fully encased in the costume. Very fun! Lots of kids loved it.

I don't have a fav costume from myself but I always think of the Addam's Family movie and how Wednesday's Hallowe'en costume was a "homicidal maniac... They look like everybody else...." ;)
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute set and terrific cards!
Oh my gosh, these stamps are SO cute and the design team has really outdone themselves! You couldn't ask for six more unique and beautiful Halloween cards. So fun!
ReplyDeleteI'm not super big into dressing up for Halloween now that I'm an adult, but for my writer's group Halloween party last year I came up with something fun -- I wore my regular clothes and carried a handmade sign that read "Nudist on Strike!" It was a hit! ;o)
Can't wait for the big reveal tomorrow!
Ok, I love all your new releases, but I think I'm most excited about this one!!! I can't wait to start my Halloween cards, they'll be going out like Christmas cards this year! And all your DT samples have me even more excited to get started! My favorite costume would have to be anything original, scary, and homemade!
ReplyDeleteI never got into dressing up but enjoyed making costumes for my little ones. One year my youngest son wanted to be cousin it...imagine my surprise, and me trying to figure out how to get that fur straight so he could wear the costume. It turned out adorable or like he said spooky!
ReplyDeleteHow adorable Kelly Marie! I LOVE halloween! My fav costume was my daughters last year, she was Alice in Wonderland so I sewed a costume for myself to match for the party we went to. I dressed up as the queen of hearts and she had a stroller cover that looked like the flower garden with the singing flowers, it was super cute!
ReplyDeleteI absolutly love all of the new sets!! Can't wait to see them in full!!
ReplyDeleteThose are just all kinds of cute! I really liked the lion costume I made my son 2yrs ago I'm not much of a seamstress but I have to say it was pretty darn cute on him! :)
ReplyDeleteI love those stamps. So cute!! I'm a fan of homemade costumes. All of the store bought costumes take the fun out of Halloween. Years ago when I was a kid giving away candy at my grandparent's house, I saw twins with the most adorable costumes. Even now (years later), they are still my favorite. One twin was an oreo while the other was a container of milk. So cute!!
ReplyDeleteSuch cute cards!! I am lovin' the Halloween theme and these cards are all stunning!!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Halloween costume was the one where my mom dressed me up as a butt, ah, I mean a bum. When I was about 5 or 6 years old, there wasn't much difference in those two words. She got some shabby clothes from a second hand store and rubbed my face in charcoal and told me I was a bum....the rest of the night, I cried because I didn't want to be a "butt" LOL That is now a funny family story.
I usually never like Halloween stamps because they aren't ever cute - but somehow I think Heebie Jeebies is going to be adorable!!! Yay - maybe I'll actually buy some Halloween stamps this year ;) Can't wait to see the whole set!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win!
Thank you for another awesome release Kelly! These stamps inspired me and continue to every day :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome new release!!! Amazing cards!!! Favorite costume was when we dressed my youngest as a pea pod...still we giggle about that...poor thing...
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Halloween costume was always a witch. I think I was a witch for three years in a row, when I was younger. Haha... Can't wait to see the full reveal! :)
ReplyDeleteThis set is SO cute!! I am totally loving the Halloween theme!!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite costumes are Disney themed princesses....but they can't be cheesy! When I can afford it...I am going to be a super elaborate Cinderella for Halloween!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite Halloween costume was a clown when I was pregnant...
squealing cute!!!!
ReplyDeleteMy fave was when my daughter was 6 mos old- we've always called her sweet pea (and sparky &, &, &!)- so I dressed her in a pea pod costume!! :)
I was hoping your new set would be Halloween! Great samples by your DT!
ReplyDeleteThe cutest I have seen for Halloween. Love all the cards the DT have created. My GD always dresses as a witch.
ReplyDeleteThis is adorable! I love what that dt has done with this set. My all time favorite costume is for babies, the peas in the pod :)
ReplyDeleteWow! All the samples are amazing! My favortie costume would have to be my 6 year old dressed up as a cheerleader! She was so super cute!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! Love those Halloween stamps. Halloween is my fave holiday so these stamps are extra exciting!! My fave costume was when I was around 2nd grade and I was a punk rocker! I thought I was so cool wearing makeup and wild hair and clothes! Lol.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite that I've made is one for my youngest, I made him a Sponge Bob costume and it turned out awesome! My favorite costume from when I was little, Holly Hobby (I can't remember if it was actually for Halloween though, lol!).
ReplyDeleteOk, well the favorite halloween costume I was involved with (lol) was the Q (from Star Trek the Next Generation) costume I made for DH one year...no pattern or anything I just whipped it up, and people knew who he was! yay
ReplyDeleteThese are adorable Halloween stamps!! The ones I currently own are mostly creepy so I need some CUTE!! My favorite Halloween costume was my little dachsie's pirate costume from last year complete with a jolly roger scarf and pirate hat. She looked better than Johnny Depp!!
ReplyDeletewhen i was in college, i made myself a snow white costume...i wore that for 4 halloweens straight! and lent it out countless times...that costume got some action, let me tell you LOL
ReplyDeleteHi! I love this set! I was an M&M once when I was younger for halloween, and I think the costume is still bopping around somewhere at my parents' house. :) Thanks for the great giveaway!!
ReplyDeleteSuch cute little creatures! My mom made my boys some cowboy and indian costumes one year and oh my were they the cutest!
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable set!! I think my favorite costume was worn by both of my boys at age 2. They were horses! I grew up showing horses and I thought they were just the cutest little ones I had ever seen (;. My second son called it a "heeeeee".
ReplyDeleteFantastic cards, and I love the new stamps!!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite costume was the Star Trek uniform I made for my son Jonathan - he idolized "William Riker" from the series. Two days before Halloween, he tangled with a picnic table and ended up with a bruise on his forehead and a fat lip. Was he upset? Nope. He thought it just made the costume more authentic, since his hero was often on the receiving end of some alien aggression!
Thanks for the chance to win!
This looks like an adorable set! I love anything Halloween! One of my favorite costumes is the Heffalump. My daughter loves Pooh and chose the Heffalump costume one year and it was adorable...all fluffy and lumpy. My other daughter was a devil that year and it made for some interesting pictures.
ReplyDeleteSUPER cute stamps and projects! My favorite Halloween costume I had was Laura from Little House on the Prairie. ;) Thanks for the chance! :-D
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to try these sets out!
ReplyDeleteWell my favorite Halloween costume is the cowardly lion plush suite that i have for my little ones.
It is so cute and fuzzy and just plain adorable.
Jo
Oh my stars this set looks super fun! I can't wait to shop!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Halloween costume was worn by my then 7 month old and he wore a big round puffy chicken outfit! It was adorable!
So cute! I know I am going to love this set and I haven't even seen the full reveal yet..... My favorite halloween costume was when my son was Spiderman and my husband was Wolverine (he made his costume in 10 minutes complete with faux facial hair and claws)... My superheros......
ReplyDeleteSo cute!! I love those lil spiders & bats so much!! My "fave" Halloween Costume was...this is embarrassing (I'm slowing getting over that)...when I was 7 AND 8 my mom made my sister & I California Rasins (remember those) with HUGE black garbage bags...at the time, I DID NOT think it was cute or funny!!!! But looking back, I see how it was #1 the best she could do with not much money, and #2 pretty darn creative!!
ReplyDeletemy favorite costume was the one i wore in 2nd grade. my mother made my sister and i a matching set Cabbage Patch doll outfits. we won a lot of costume contests that year!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness those cards are sooooo cool! Love the designs and stamps! Great work ladies!!
ReplyDeleteAnd my fav costume was this grey bunny rabbitt outfit my mom made for me when I was in elem. school and last year we had a yard sale and she was going to sell it!!! I couldn't let that happen so I snagged it and brought it home!! I just couldn't part with my fav outfit of childhood! LOL!
I am sooo excited about this!! I saw SMP's card on her blog and flipped out over it so I had to come see everyone else's and WOW! :D This is a must have!! I love Halloween :) I think my favorite costume was Little Red Riding Hood because the dress was cute and so was the little picnic basket goodie bag!!
ReplyDeleteGreat projects!! What a cute Halloween set.
ReplyDeleteThis is my daughter's first Halloween where she'll be big enough for a costume. I'm thinking a lady bug or bumblebee.
Great sneak! Such fun projects. My boys went as dinosaurs last year, and they were so ridiculously cute, that I think those are my all time faves right now.
ReplyDeleteKelly, these are all just too cute! We must have been on the same page when we designed our collection- non scary Halloween! :) Your bats are adorable and I love those spiders!
ReplyDeleteWould you believe that I have never dressed up for Halloween? No favorite costume here. However, I saw someone wear a M & M costume and thought it was pretty darn cute. ;)
This Halloween set looks so adorable, love the bats and the spider. Thanks for a chance to win. I am bookmarking your site and blog. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteMy fav Halloween costume is a punk rocker. It really shouldn't be since I was one for every Halloween that I was teenager. LOL! Great projects ladies! Love them all! Thanks for the opp.

ReplyDeleteWow! FAB stamp set, love the name of it too! My favourite outfit would be something gothic and vampire-ish, think they look really cool, with bat type sleeves!
ReplyDeleteThe bats are so cute! The DT did a great job!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite halloween costume was one I had in 3rd grade. My dad made me a robot costume, complete with foil covered boxes for the body, dryer hoses for arms, and red plastic handles for the ears. I think it even had yarn hair. I'll never forget it. :)
I love the idea of the Happy Halloween web as cupcake toppers. My kids always pick Halloween as there time to bring treats to school and this will be perfect!!

I am so excited about this set. These DT projects are over the top! Can't wait to see the whole set. I would have to say my favorite costume is a big, fat pumpkin on a little baby. Too cute!
ReplyDeletethose little bats are too cute!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite halloween costume was my daughter's dopey costume, it was too cute.
sweet creations! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Halloween. It is so much fun! Dressing up is the BEST! A few years ago I made my own "bee" costume. I made a tutu with black tulle and wore fishnets and cut up a yellow shirt (which I spray painted stripes on) into a tank top and made antenna's with styrofoam balls (painted black) and attached to a headband with pipe cleaners :) I love dressing up for halloween!
ReplyDeleteThe new set is super cute and the cards are absolutely fabulous!
ReplyDeletelisa a.
My favorite costume ever was when I was about 7 and was Princess Leia, complete with furry earmuffs as braids, lol. These Halloween cards are adorable and I can't wait to see the full reveal tonight!!
ReplyDeleteThis is just the cutest set ever for Halloween! I actually made my own costume one year...I was a Magic 8 Ball. I'm not sure anyone got it though, LOL!
ReplyDeleteI always made costumes for my son. One of my favorites was a robot, with blinking lights, for a preschool party. Ironically, now that he's in college, he's in the Robotics Club, making his own robots! Guess I got him interested early.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite Halloween costume was my E.T. costume when I was a kid!
SQUEAL!!! These are so adorable!!! Oh I can't wait until tomorrow! My fave Halloween costumes would have to be the ones we got for our girls last year (ages 3 and 4) we got them Thing #1 and Thing #2 from Dr. Seuss! They were absolutely adorable!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards ladies!! Loving the banner stamps so so much!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite costume to date is Winnie the Pooh. My son wore it last year and he was so flippin' adorable in it. It has a big puffy belly and head piece along with the classic honey jar for his treat bucket! So fun!
The samples are terrific as usual. Some of my grand kids had a "pumpkin suit" when they were very small. It had green felt leaves at the neck.So cute!
ReplyDeleteKelly, this set is so cute! Love those bats and your DT cards are awesome!
ReplyDeleteDT cards are such a treat! I just picked up the bake me a cake set at papertales in san diego on my lunch break! can't wait to pick up the other sets when my piggy bank gets a bit more filled.

ReplyDeleteMy mom was a fabulous seamstress and always made us the best costumes. My favorite was a gypsy costume. It was dark blue, purple, and emerald green. It had shiny spangles and I got to wear lots of long necklaces and a scarf. I loved it! I look forward to seeing you this coming weekend at Stamp Fever.
ReplyDeleteTake care.
I loved Hallowe'en. These are sooo cute - can't wait to see the sets.
ReplyDeleteI've always made my kid's costumes and my son always challenged me with everything from an Alarm Clock to Jason the Power Ranger (that took 8 hours) to Darkwing Duck (only one college student knew who he was) but he always had a blast with his little sister tagging along who always insisted on being a Bat!! Lots of fun!
I love Halloween!! My favorite costumes are homemade ones. I like something unique and different. Every Halloween for the past 5 years I've made my fiance's costume and each year he was a Johnny Depp movie character. He always gets so many compliments and I love it!

ReplyDeleteMy Fave costume for me was a Fairy...for my son was a Knight in Shining Armor
Hmm, I always had odd halloween costumes (my own choosing - go figure) but i'd say my fave was the white crayola crayon. I drew the logo on some bristol board, made a hat, and wore white tshirt/leggings. Not overly flattering for a fat kid, but it worked :P It was my fave because I made it...
ReplyDeleteHmm... my favor costumes are tasteful ones. it's hard to come across those at college. Ha! I think this year I want to be superwoman... I'm a big fan of superhero costumes. Love this set! I'm not usually a huge halloween fan, but I really like the cute spin you put on it.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute set - adorable! My fav Halloween costume was the one my mom made - I was Strawberry Shortcake......and my sisters were Blueberry Pie and Apple Dumpling! Love homemade costumes!
ReplyDeleteWe don't really do Halloween here (Australia), but I love those cute little spiders and bats. They would be great for boy cards too.

He had the chunkiest legs sticking out of his costume, so I love your cute little bat! I miss those days..Thanks for sharing such great inspirational work! It's getting me in the fall mood!
ReplyDeleteWow these are all fantastic, especially Ashley and Sarah's ... just beautiful! :) :)
ReplyDelete
