Mariana's card is just too fun! I love the way she used textured paper to Copic color on for the fireplace. It really looks like brick! I can't wait to try this! The way she held the stockings up with gems is just too cute! She put together the "merry" and the "Christmas" from the set for a classic sentiment! Putting black cardstock behind the fireplace is a great way to make it look more realistic too!
Latisha's card is just too cute, and her Copic coloring is superb!I love the way she has the "to santa" card hanging over the edge of the fire place! All of the piecing and foam adhesive she used make this card so realistic and fun! The twine on top is the perfect Christmas touch!
Teri's card is so wonderfully clean and striking! (That's what I call CAS cards!) This would be such a great card style to make for your Christmas cards this year! The bows and the gems are too cute, and I love the way she put together the "cozy & bright" words together from the set. This card is just pure Christmas fun!
Danni's "cookies for Santa" ensemble is amazing!! I am still trying to figure out how she made that amazing bow! She stamped the "to santa" card from the set on it and then magically created it. That's my explanation! Hehe! I am guessing she has a better one on her blog! I love the way she combined the stamps with chipboard pieces on the card. It really shows how you can use all of your Christmas product together! The string of lights at the top of the card is a great touch!
Lynnette's card is just wonderful! I love the rows of stockings on the twine. It would be really cute to put one for each member of your family! The buttons on the end are just brilliant, too! I love the way she used Copics to color the stockings to coordinate with the patterned paper. It looks absolutely perfect! She used the different sentiment words from the set to spell out "have a merry Christmas". This is another great Christmas card idea! :)
Tiffany has made an amazing coordinating scrapbook layout and card! The images from the set are just perfect to scrap those photos of your kids/grandkids/nieces/nephews/godchildren (etc.) making cookies for Santa! She also incorporated some of the sentiment words from the set into her title and date. I love that! Her card is also just so much fun. She actually stamped and masked off the stockings and then stamped the fireplace! Brilliant! I love the Dear Lizzy pennant banner on top, too! The perfect Christmas touch!

ReplyDeleteseriously, christmas stamps are my favorite and these are SO cute!
ReplyDeletewe don't really have a winter here in southern california, but i do love the traditions of sitting by the fire with my family and waiting to open presents at midnight. :)
Stayed up and faught sleepy eyelidds just for this, and boy was it worth it! This is far and away THE CUTEST Christmas set I have ever seen in my life! I want to squeal over every little detail! The fireplace, the milk and cookies, the letter to Santa... but my favorite of all is the fireplace man! Oh my gosh, do I have an idea for him! So stinkin' cute, it's unbelievable.
ReplyDeleteYou guys over at Lawn Fawn are the greatest thing since sliced bread. You're the bees knees, and everything else witty, and punny, and great. In short, you're AWESOME.
My favorite way to spent a cozy winter's eve, is to sit wrapped up in my favorite blanket, sipping hot cocoa, listening to Christmas music, in front of the tree, in the dark with only the tree lights on. Each ornament is so very special, and I love to reminisce about where we got them and why they're so special to us.
Cozy... well I'm looking forward to my first northern hemisphere Christmas in years, so I can't wait to be able to see Christmas lights!!! Summer Christmas in New Zealand is just a bit odd, for a northern hemisphere girl.

ReplyDeleteI love sitting by a fire with a cup of coffee in the evenings. Nothing better, especially with the stockings hung waiting for Christmas to come.
Those cards are truly adorable! I love those lights and the fire place with the stockings - way cute! Here, Christmas can be anything from hot and humid, to shivery and rainy to sunny and warm! That's Melbourne for you!! I would love to experience a cozy winter Christmas sometime, it would certainly be an experience. Drinking egg-nog when we celebrate Christmas in July gives a kinda cozy feeling!
ReplyDeleteLove cracking open a new tin of hot cocoa. This year, I bought a tin of Chai Spice. It's too yummy!
ReplyDeleteToo stinkin' cute! I love the fire guy! :)

ReplyDeleteWhat makes me feel cozy is to sit inside in my jammies reading a book during a snow storm!
Super cute! When I think of cozy I think of days when we're snowed in up here in the mountains---sitting by the fire with a good book, a hot tea, and my sweet husband! Pure bliss!

ReplyDeleteWhat I like about Christmas is its holiday and celebration! We celebrate Christmas on the 24th and 25th follow by 31st and 1st for new year. Thus, it is a long holiday that used up to catch up and bonding with family and friends. Not to mention the gift exchange moments and the children excitements over their gifts! Christmas is the best holiday of the year!
It would be much greater with cards made from this "Cozy Christmas" stamp especially the fireplace! Children would love them a lot!
We have an amazing outdoor fire pit so we have s'mores and hot cocoa all the time during the winter. Love that and snuggling under blankets with my kids is the best.
ReplyDeleteOh I love these stamps.. I must say I am a big fan of Christmas.. I love to get that tree up by the 2nd of December.. right after my daughters birthday. my favourite cozy moments are just looking at the lightson the tree. Snuggling with the kids or watching the kids lay on the floor under the tree looking at the lights.. It is a warm and homey feeling.. a memory that is very special to me. It happens over and over each year. I can't get enough of it.
ReplyDeleteThings that make me cozy are peppermint mochas (yum!), fuzzy slippers, soft blankets, and crackling fires. Wow, that *almost* makes me ready for winter.
ReplyDeleteOMG! I love this set!!! Just perfect for paper piecing too, which makes me tremendously happy. I love Christmas, everything about it. I don't have a fireplace anymore, but the lights, the colors and the scent of cinnammon and apples... yummm!!! And Xmas movies, the cheesiest the better ;)

ReplyDeleteI'd love to say that "cosy" means sitting by a warm fire when it's snowing outside, but that's just not reality for a Texan! So, I'd have to say that cosy means having all my family home, having a lazy day, making a big breakfast, and sitting in my husband's lap for a cuddle. That sounds so nice to me!

ReplyDeleteThis set has so many possibilities my head is spinning. What's cozy to me?Last year I bought "Snuggies"(the blankets with sleeves)as a gag gift for my husband & myself. Turns out they are very warm, cozy & comfortable to wrap up in while you eat popcorn & sip hot chocolate.

ReplyDeleteHey Kelly Marie,
ReplyDeleteAnother cute video, love the stamps,
now I don't have the luxary of having a fireplace, so I have to get cozy mentally, I make a good cup of Hot Chocolate, light a bunch of candles all over, curl up with a fluffy blanket, good book, hot chocolate and relax, and this is the best especially when it is snowing like crazy outside, to watch the wind blowing the snow all over and to be curled up with my book, blanket, and my loving dog curled up with me,it is just the best!!!
Bring on winter! I am so tired of Hot weather!!
Donna
This is just too, too cute! Can't wait to see everything!!
ReplyDeleteLovely cards!
ReplyDeleteA good book, with a nice pot of tea, will make me feel cozy in Winter and with Christmas.
Oh my gosh, How adorable that little fireplace flame is!! Makes me just want to squeeze it! Ouch!! LOL
ReplyDeleteWhat a great new Cozy set...I love it!
As far as feeling cozy at during the holidays, it has to be after all of the shopping, wrapping, baking are done and the kids are asleep. I put on Christmas carols all day on Christmas eve and after the gifts are under the tree, I sit by the glow of the lights of the tree and appreciate all the wonderful memories that I have made with my kids over the years and how happy they will be when they see they got that 'special' gift that they wanted. Nothing better to a Mom than putting a smile on their kid's face!
I LOVE Peppermint Hot Chocolate and the smell of cinnamon. It makes me feel that I am in the middle of one of those Hallmark Movies, where the family is sitting around in the family room, snuggling and talking, all in their flannel jammies. Nice thoughts.......
ReplyDeleteDarling sneak peeks! Cozy for me is warm Christmas cookies out of the oven, eaten on the couch under my super soft blanket. sigh....
