We have been so busy building our CHA booth today! Oh my goodness are we exhausted! (So please excuse any weird or confusing things I might be typing! Ha!) ReplyDeleteI do not have any lawn ornamentation anymore. When my boys were younger and were mowing the lawn, my stuff got mowed down constantly. They loved running it over. They operated on the ask for forgiveness after plan. So, I gave up. I bet yours look great though.

As for lawn ornaments...we have ours in our perennial gardens. We collect frogs, so we have a grouping of frogs playing musical instruments!

Such sweet sets! Love them all! We have lots of rocks, along with a variety of metal mushrooms and dragonflys - mostly thanks to my mil.... ;>)

ACK! I LOVE these new sets! Especially Gnome Sweet Gnome! I adore gnomes, and even dressed up as one for Halloween the year before last. ReplyDeleteI have two Oklahoma State Gnomes and their names are Frank and Ann. Frank Eaton was the real person OSU's mascot "Pistol Pete" was based on and Ann was the first name of our President's wife while I was in school and she was sooo sweet. :D I will definitely be spending some money very soon! :) Love your stuff! ReplyDeleteI love all of the new sets but the gnomey one is my favourite. I have a tiny gnome called Gerald. My family like to move him around the garden and then play 'where's Gerald'- it sometimes takes weeks to spot him again.

OMG!! Thank you so much for the gnome!! You see my father in law adores gnomes so when we moved into our place he bought us a what I call a budda (cuz of us happy face) gnome. Since then we were given not one but two rabbit statues.. that's a story for another day.

ReplyDeleteGreat new stamp sets! I totally LOVE how there are no dots over the "i"s in the sentiments in Flutter By, so that stampers can choose whichever of the tiny flowers they wish to use for the dots (or use rhinestones or half pearls or even leave them un-dotted)! SO CLEVER!!! :D

When we moved in there was a tiny pond/fountain in place in our yard and so I bought a little cottage called "the toad house" and DH placed a plastic frog that "ribbets" when you walk by near the side of the pond. It's adorable when the grass starts to grow, but my favourite is when the house is covered with snow.

I have a gnome that holds two little pots for flowers. His name is Sven. He was my grandmother's and I always smile when it is time for him to go outside in the spring. There are also quite a few cement bunnies to make the real bunnies stay away from the flowers... Hasn't really worked!

wow!!! these are awesome sets...squee!!! i have lawn decorations, but nothing fun like a gnome or a fawn...a handmade section of fence decorated with wooden flowers, leaves and birdhouse painted to match my home...and an old chair from the family farm. it's falling apart, but it holds my favorite flower pot every summer :)

Oh my goodness! That gnome set is the cutest thing ever. It is now #1 on my list of wants. Our Lawn ornament is actually a great big stone with Kansas State University on it and a Power Cat. :)

What fantastic new release sets!!! LOVE those flowers..... We have a couple of 'buddha's' enjoying our tropical garden!

ReplyDeleteNo Lawn Ornaments here. I have a stepping stone my daughter made, but I keep that in my china cabinet. Wouldn't want the weather to destroy all her hard work!

No lawn ornaments here. However, gotta share my fav. A Dec. many moons ago, we saw a yard that had a Santa in a sleigh pulled by 8 tiny... pink flamingos. No joke. It was a RIOT! :)

ReplyDeleteAll three of these new sets are SO ADORABLE!!!! We don't have any lawn ornaments at our house in the mountains. If we did, they'd probably need to be cemented into the ground or weigh a TON so they wouldn't blow away in the high winds!!! OR...they'd need to be rather tall...otherwise they'd be completely buried in snow half of the year! HA!

We used to have a bunny but it got injured while scraping the snow off the driveway! I think it is time to get a knew lawn ornament.
ReplyDeleteWe had a garden gnome for years...which my daughters considered the guardian of the gardens...our oldest inherited it and now it is our granddaughters' favorite ornament.
ReplyDeleteFun stuff! Flutter by is so pretty! We have a gazing ball in our backyard. It came from my in-laws, and at first there were lots of jokes about balls in the yard...but I've always thought that they picked a nice color (maroon - ish, for my husband's college colors).

ReplyDeleteOh I just love all of them but my fav is the gnome set! The mushroom house and birdbath really caught my eye! Nope...sad to say no lawn ornaments...unless you count landscape lighting? LOL!
ReplyDeleteI just have to have the Flutter set....I was looking for a butterfly today with big open spaces to color and can't find one. Now I know I only have to wait a bit longer :-) I don't have any lawn ornaments unless you count my kids endless array of sporting goods...we look like a sports salvage yard around here, lol!

ReplyDeleteI love the gnome sweet gnome set! Perfect for my gnome crafting phase. We actually have a ton of lawn ornaments- one of them being a gnome that used to be in my grandma's front yard. We also have a birth bath, little statues, and other small decorations. Great for adding sweet personal touches to the yard.
