Hello! Today we are having a fun Holiday Hop with our friends over at MarkerPop! We absolutely love using Copic markers with our stamps, so this is a fun team up! We have lots of great Copic cards both here and on the MarkerPop blog! We are also having giveaways on both blogs, so don't forget to comment in both places. Let's check out some gorgeous cards! Take a look the design team member's blogs for more details, too!
Kim's coloring and shading on her Sunny Skies card is gorgeous! She used Y11, Y13, R32, R35.
Lynnette's Harvest Season cornucopia is even more plentiful with So Thankful, Happy Everything, Dewey Decimal, and some gorgeous Copic marker coloring!
Latisha added some gorgeous Copic coloring to her Flutter By card. I love that blue background! She used g43, g46, yg17, v06, v05, v06, rv2,5 0, b00, b02, & r20.
Julie took Gnome Sweet Gnome into the Holidays with some beautiful Copic coloring. She added A Birdie Told Me, Happy Everything and Making Frosty Friends snowflakes. Her markers:
BG00, BG000 & colorless blender (snow)
R29, R27 & colorless blender(santa's clothes)
E00 & R20 (santa's face)
W7 & YR23 (belt)
Chari's coloring and shading adds so much to this Lunar Lights and Blissful Botanicals card. I love how the lanterns are hung with Lawn Trimmings!
Yainea's scene is so sweet, and Copic markers bring it to life! She used Let it Snow, Hats Off to You, Gnome Sweet Gnome, Bannerific, Harold's ABCs and Sweet Christmas. Even her card base and snowy background were colored with Copics! Her markers:
Reds: R22, R24, R29
Sky: B0000, BG11 and colorless blender
Trees and fake patterned paper: YG21, YG03, YG17
Santa's belt: Y35, YR04
Santa's face: E41, E51, R20
I just adore Linda's cool Interlocking Backdrops and the way it wraps around the card. This is an awesome way to use Copics in an easy-to-reproduce way. Wonderful! Many Thanks finishes it off!
Lynnette's sweet tag is even cuter with some fantastic Copic coloring! She used Winter Fox and some Fa-La-La papers for her wonderful gift ensemble!
These projects were too awesome!! Next you need to go check out what the MarkerPop ladies have been up to, but before then leave a comment here to win a stamp set and 6x6 paper pad of your choice! You have until Friday November 9th midnight Pacific. Over at MarkerPop there is a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to their store!
