Audrey had the same idea to make an amazing card of encouragement with the cute health and fitness inspired images found in Plan on It: Fitness! I love the black and white Stripey Backdrop and the little bit of red from the Zig Zag square panel!

I love how Latisha combined Gold and Silver embossing powder on this sweet Costume Party Halloween card! The cute water-colored image looks so fun with the embossed gold outline!

Lizzy's card is so happy and such a clever design! I love how she created a colorful grid using Let's Bokeh stamps and cheerful colors of ink!

  5. Best fitness tip is to walk everywhere! Even if it means you are shopping ... :P I always make a conscious effort to walk to where I need to be, and if I can't, then I'll make sure I get off the train/bus one stop before so I can get in some extra steps!

My Health tip is to care for your knees and the back, and do fitness exercises that strengthen these two and if you make other exercises look that they don't hurt your knees or back (e.g. jogging can hurt the knees if you don't do it carefully, if you have knee problems cycling is the better alternative for stamina)

  15. Love the fitness stamps! My tip is to make sure to include some strength training in your fitness routine. Strength training can help to build stability (which can prevent injuries), increases metabolism, and helps to keep your bones strong (not just your muscles!).

    ReplyDelete
  22. My fitness tip is divide your plate in half. On one half of the plate put as many fruits and vegetables you can. On the other half, divide the plate again. Top half is meat, and bottom half is a starch. :)

    ReplyDelete
  23. I read once that if your dog is getting fat, you need to exercise more.😃 Love the Rose gold embossing!

    ReplyDelete

My fitness tip of the day, start each morning with a glass of water, before anything else.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Such cute projects! I myself am not a planner, so it was nice to see some other ways to use 'planning stamps'. One fitness tip I can offer - after running, jogging or speed walking, always cool down by walking at a slower speed for at least two minutes, stretch and ice your shins when you are sitting on the ground - I did this back when I used to speed walk 5+ miles a day, 6 days a week, and NEVER got shin splints! And try to drink 8 glasses of water a day if you can - SO many health and beauty benefits for your body! Thanks for So many generous chances to win! Another fabulous winter release! :)

  60. I love Plan On It: Fitness! So cute! :) Sorry you've been under the weather this week - here's hoping you get well soon! My fav health tip is to add accountability to your workouts. You can support each other throughout the workout and celebrate the achievement each day! Plus, it's easier to say no to yourself than it is to say no to someone else who is counting on you being there!

  88. Gosh, I never thought about using planner stamps on cards. These are the cutest greetings to inspire friends! My approach to fitness lately is: Small changes over time can help you reach your goals. None of us is perfect, but as long as we keep active and watch what we eat, we invest in ourselves and make progress toward a better, more healthy lifestyle.

    ReplyDelete
  89. I do not see a need for a specific diet craze! Just eat healthy (mainly cook homemade meals) and do some type of daily exercise!

  117. Great designs by the team. The fitness tip that's worked best for me is to plan exercise in my day and actually schedule it in. Something else that's worked for me is a personal trainer - she personalizes all my workouts to account for my injuries which has made it so that I actually will do the workouts because my body doesn't ache after.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Fantastic and very inspiring creations ! I'm not a fitness fan, I prefer to walk in fresh air, and with my dogs, it's always great fun in addition of exercise !

    ReplyDelete
  119. You have put out more than you take in!

    ReplyDelete
  120. Get up and move. I have never used a planner but I love these cute little icons and the previous sets too.

    ReplyDelete
  121. Cute little images and love the colors and embossing powders. Several years ago I took a Diabetes Prevention Program through my work. I lost 28 pounds and have kept it off. Exercise and diet are key. Exercise is important to your health but diet is key to weight loss. My tip, research healthy eating. For me it was lowering fat, for others it's lowering carbs. But whatever you choose to do stick to it (for the rest of your life). You can diet and lose weight but if you go back to old habits you won't be able to maintain the weight loss.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Love the fitness planner stamps. My tip is eat healthy.

    ReplyDelete
  123. I don't know if it's really a tip but I always drink at least a glass of water before every meal to help me get full faster.

    ReplyDelete
  127. My fitness tip is listen to your body, because it tells you when something is wrong. Learned that the hard way.

    ReplyDelete
  128. This has been a wonderful and inspiring week. My best health tip is walking and water.

    ReplyDelete
  129. Love the embossing powder colours! Plan It: Fitness has such cute images - love all the cards made with it. My tip is to drink mainly water, avoid sugary drinks like the plague!

    ReplyDelete
  130. I am a walker/hiker. Here in the mountains it's a pretty good work out!

    ReplyDelete
  131. I always think about ordering the plan on it sets, but think "nah, I'd never use them." These inspire me and I realize ideally would use them. I need to order them. My fitness tip is make sure to listen to your body and take care of it. If you need a Day of rest, allow it, if you are mentally or emotionally drained, it will effect you physically. Make sure to get plenty of rest, eat well and wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.

    ReplyDelete
  132. I find exercising in the morning before work/school is the best time to not let anything get in the way. Also parking the car farther away or taking the stairs are good ideas too. Adorable mini stamps.

    ReplyDelete
  133. Love all the gorgeousness...
and seeing how to use this awesome little set in so many ways!

    ReplyDelete
  135. Cute stamps! My fitness tip would be to start a habit tracker, just getting to put a tick next to 'drink water' or 'eat fruit' at the end of each day makes me so much more likely to do it! Just imagine if you could use one of the tiny plan on it stamps for it too! Lou x

  153. Oh I love the fitness planner set! My sister is a personal trainer and I see the possibility of cards for her and her clients using this set! My fitness tip is pick something you really enjoy, that makes you happy while you're doing it, makes you feel great after you're done and something you actually miss doing if you miss a session.

  154. My fitness tip is that Pilates is great for your core - a worthwhile form of exercise. I go to classes led by a physiotherapist, so I can be sure I am in good hands and have good supervision to ensure I do the exercises properly. She knows if any of us have weaknesses in any muscles so adjusts exercises for individuals on this basis.
